News:
- ISTEP Testing – This window opens April 30th and runs through May 9th. We would kindly ask you to avoid appointments as well as other out of school activities during this week as this creates the need for make-up testing time for your child which involves them missing more classroom instruction time. During this test window, the 4th & 6th grade students take the test online; therefore, these two grades will be testing throughout the entire day. The 5th grade tests will be paper/pencil so they will test at the same time as a whole grade level in the mornings.
- A HUGE thank you to all of the parent volunteers as well as those grandparents who came to visit this week. It was a very busy and exciting time. Special thanks to our cafeteria staff for the additional meals that they prepared. We would also like to recognize Mrs. Elsbury and the IAs for the special efforts this week.

- PTO News: Next Meeting is Tuesday, May 1st at 6:30 in the library. This is a very important meeting as we will be electing new officers. Currently, three of our four officers are sixth grade parents so we have to fill several positions next year.
